- Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 6-oz ramekin.
- In a blender, pulse oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt into a flour.
- Transfer oat flour to ramekin. Add milk, orange juice, zest, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Bake for 5 minutes for a gooey center, or 7-8 mins for firmer oats.
- Let cool for 1-2 minutes. Add optional chocolate on top to melt. Enjoy warm.

Key Tips: For a gooey center, use a tall ramekin and bake for 5 minutes. For firmer oats, use a wide dish and bake 7-8 mins. Use any milk for a dairy-free version. No blender? Use whole oats for a more textured result.
